THE WORK
You lead people, make decisions and carry responsibility. This work helps you recognise the habits, expectations and beliefs shaping how you respond, so you can choose with more intention.
You say yes when you want to say no. You do it yourself rather than ask for help. You achieve something important, then wonder what you need to do next to feel enough. These are some of the patterns we explore.
You may recognise yourself in more than one. The work is to notice the pattern, understand what is driving it and create space to choose your response.
The first answer is often only the beginning. We keep exploring what sits beneath it: the expectations, beliefs and rules that can make a familiar response feel like the only option.
You wake up already feeling behind. Everyone turns to you for answers, and saying yes feels easier than explaining no. A questioned decision stays with you long after the meeting. Your own priorities move to next week. At work, you wish you were with your family. At home, your mind is still at work.
Imagine checking your capacity before you say yes. Having the conversation without rehearsing a defence. Hearing a different view without needing to prove yourself, and giving your team room to find their own answers.
You know what matters, when to push and when to pull back. You can leave work unfinished because you know where to begin tomorrow. You come home with enough of yourself left to listen, laugh and enjoy the evening. Still ambitious. Still tired after a full day, but a warm kind of tired, with room for a book you want to read simply because you enjoy it.
Over 12 weeks, we work with your real leadership decisions and the patterns underneath them. The aim is more choice in how you lead, clearer next steps for your team and your goals, and more lightness and joy in the life you are working so hard for.
12 weeks of support for the person behind the leadership role.
Held fortnightly across 12 weeks, one-on-one with me. We work with the situations, decisions and conversations you are navigating as a leader.
Bring your strategic plans and relevant work documents. I review them to understand your situation and your team’s priorities, so we can explore where your attention is needed and what your next steps could be.
Reflections and practices shaped around you, helping you notice familiar patterns and try different responses in your work and everyday life.
